Hassle-Free Return Policy
My return policy is based on the Golden rule. I treat every customer the way I wish to be treated. It is important to me that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is ever a problem, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. I will do everything I can to make it right, just give me the opportunity.
- Please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of the item to arrange a refund.
- Returns are accepted within 25 days of the shipping date.
Items may be returned, under the following conditions:
- If I have made a mistake, a full refund of your original purchase price and outgoing shipping will be given within thirty days of receipt of the returned item.
- If an item is damaged during shipment, (which I take the utmost care to prevent because I love my pieces as much as you do!) please contact me as soon as possible. Return the item and I will replace it or issue a refund, whichever you choose.
- If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about it for some reason, I will take the item back and refund your initial purchase price only, not the outgoing shipping.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and all returns should be sent with a tracking number of some sort (such as delivery confirmation or insurance.)
- Customers who return items without a tracking number do so at their own risk; items that are lost or damaged during return shipping are solely the buyer's responsibility.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued when the returned items are received.
- Refunds are given only as long as the item is recieved in the same condition as when I shipped it to you, including all original packaging. Items that are returned in a condition other than that in which they were sent out are no longer eligible for refunds.
- If Items are damaged during shipment, please contact m,e as soon as possible. Return the item and I will replace it or issue a refund, whichever you choose.

If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact me directly via email or on my contact page, prior to leaving negative feedback. Please give me the opportunity to work out any concerns.
Warranty
- None of my pieces are under warranty. Jewelry is very fragile and how long it lasts depends on the care and frequency of wear. Each piece is meticulously crafted and I take every care to ensure the piece will last as long as possible.
- I will repair items that I have created, should they break in your possession, regardless of how long it has been since the item was purchased.
- If you are interested in having me repair a piece I have created, please contact me to assess feasibility. Not all items can be repaired, and I do not keep every bead I have ever owned in stock.
- Buyer is responsible for replacement pieces and shipping.
