The centerpiece/pendant/main stone is handmade by my Uncle Mike in Ojai, CA and 100% one-of-a-kind. My uncle sent me these pieces and I added a few of my own touches to create this collection.
Dichroic glass stones are made using different layers of patterned glass. The glass is broken, rearranged, layered, and finally melted together.
Dichroic glass is known for its color-changing properties. In different light (artificial vs sunlight) and at different angles, vibrant color variations can be seen.
The layering of the glass creates depth in each piece.
I like to think of these jewelry pieces as wearable works of art.
